    In honor of National Book Month, Black Girl Day Off, and Emotional Wellness Month, join the Multicultural, American Indian, and Retention Services (MAIR) team for an afternoon celebrating Black authors, artists, and the act of self-care.

    WHEN: Wednesday, October 7 from 2-5 p.m.
    WHERE: New Main Great Hall
    WHAT: We will have crafts, self-care resources, giveaways, food, a Zine workshop, and an opportunity for students to share their own personal writing. 

    For those new to Zines, be sure to stop in at 2 PM for an introduction and overview! 

    Starting at 4 PM, students will have the opportunity to share what they have created, or to share their personal writing. If you're a Metro student interested in sharing your writing, please complete the submission form here!
