SLLD Fall Leadership Stay Day Retreat 2026

This in-person retreat brings students together to explore and build their leadership skills. Grounded in our superhero theme "Navigating with invisible Strengths," we recognize that true leadership doesn't always wear a cape. It is often powered by unseen qualities such as resilience, empathy, cultural awareness, and personal lived experiences, and quiet determination. We invite Metro State Students to attend. 

We highly encourage attendees to wear their favorite superhero costumes or shirt!

9:30am – 10:00am | Check In + Registration 
10:00am – 11:00am | Welcome - Keynotes 
11:00am – 12:00pm | Break Out Session 1  
12:00pm-1:00pm | Lunch  
1:00pm – 2:00pm | Break Out Session 2  
2:00pm – 2:30pm | Reflections + Student networking  
2:30pm-3:00pm | Closing + Evaluations
