Electronic Transcript / E-transcript allows for Minnesota State institutions to easily retrieve official transcripts. There is no cost to you--simply complete the form below to request a transfer update.
Please read carefully before submitting a request: Please use your Minnstate Preferred email, not the Minnstate Login. For example, use firstname.lastname@my.metrostate.edu, not StarID@minnstate.edu. E-transcripts cannot be accessed from Minnesota State institutions where you have a hold on your academic record. Please log into Student E-Services and verify that there are no holds on your academic record at the transfer institution(s) before submitting a Transfer Update Request. If a hold exists, please contact the transfer institution directly to resolve the hold and then submit the form below. Your request will not be processed if holds exist. Transfer update requests should be made AFTER final grades are posted at the transfer institution.
